"Tripp" was born in Radford, Virginia and raised in North Miami, Florida and Falls Church, Virginia. He holds active medical staff admitting privileges at Warren Memorial Hospital. Tripp and his wife, Jan, have lived in Front Royal, Virginia since 1984. They have four children (and two grandchildren!). He enjoys swimming, cycling, digital photography, and gardening.
